We want you to enjoy your BRIX game and have the best experience possible.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
* The item arrives damaged
* The item has a manufacturing defect
* You received the wrong item
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Conditions for returns:
* The item must be unused and in its original packaging
* Proof of purchase may be required
* Clear photos of the issue may be requested for verification
If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
Please note:
* Opened or used games cannot be returned
* Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
